Bungalow designs are functional yet stylish and modern. The series of plans
range from 1200 to 3243, each plan can be modified to
increase or decrease square footage, add garages to
front and build additional space above the garage. Plans
range from one bedroom with a large bonus room that can
act as a temporary bedroom to 3-4 bedroom plans
depending on the individual needs.
Trends over the past years have
been towards the larger homes, as the population grows
older the trend is changing to smaller homes, kids are
grown, incomes are fixed and getting up the stairs
is getting harder and harder.
