Square footage of attached Granny Flats shall not exceed 50% of existing living area with maximum area not to exceed 1200 sq. ft.

Square footage of detached Granny Flats shall not exceed 1200 sq. ft.

 Each unit custom designed to enhance existing homes appearance and utilize existing space allowable for secondary unit.
